Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how FluidQR may be used and what you are responsible for when creating, downloading, and sharing QR codes.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using FluidQR, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

FluidQR provides a free QR code generation tool for creating, styling, previewing, and downloading QR codes. The service is provided for convenience and general use.

Your use of generated QR codes

You are responsible for the content, links, logos, branding, and data you place into a QR code. Do not use FluidQR to create QR codes that are unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, or intended for phishing, malware, fraud, or other misuse.

You should test each QR code before publishing or printing it. FluidQR cannot guarantee that every scanner, phone, printer, surface, size, or usage context will scan successfully.

Logos, images, and intellectual property

If you upload or use a logo, icon, image, or brand asset, you confirm that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for any permissions, licences, or brand approvals needed for your QR code.

FluidQR branding, design, text, and site assets belong to FluidQR or its respective owners. You may not copy or misuse the FluidQR brand in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

Browser-based generation

FluidQR is designed to generate QR codes in your browser. The preview, styling, logo placement, and downloads are handled client-side wherever possible.

Because the tool runs in the browser, your device, browser, extensions, and settings may affect performance and compatibility.

No professional advice

FluidQR does not provide legal, security, marketing, compliance, or technical advice. QR codes can expose or direct users to the information you encode, so you should review the risks before using QR codes in production or public campaigns.

For regulated, high-risk, or sensitive uses, you should get appropriate professional advice and perform your own testing.

Availability and changes

FluidQR may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. Features, styling options, downloads, analytics, or third-party services may change without notice.

We aim to keep the site useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

FluidQR is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or scan reliability.

You use the site and any generated QR codes at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluidQR and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from your use of the site or generated QR codes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party links and services

QR codes may link to third-party websites or services. FluidQR is not responsible for those destinations, their content, security, availability, or policies.

Hosting, analytics, and performance services may be provided by third parties such as Vercel and Google. Their services are governed by their own terms.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as FluidQR evolves. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version was published.

Continuing to use FluidQR after changes means you accept the updated terms.
